In the midst of uncertainty and change, being heard and listening to others strengthens our compassion and helps us unburden, moving us toward clarity of mind and heart. Community listening circles offer facilitated, confidential spaces to share and listen. In this time of physical distancing and Zoom-meeting fatigue, join us to refresh and deepen connections with your own heart and with each other. All are welcome.  Offered by the Regenerative Culture working group of Extinction Rebellion Western MA.  We have found that this practice refreshes us and helps us to think more clearly and creatively, and we are delighted to share this with our community.
